Casual is in style for most anything on Sanibel Island.
Bathing suits, shorts and t-shirts will get you through the
day during any season.
Winters on Sanibel Island are mild (average daytime temperatures
are in the 70s and 80s). You might need a light jacket or
sweatshirt during the evening.
Summers can be warm and humid (80s to low 90s) but you can
always get some relief from those cooling sea breezes and
refreshing afternoon showers.
Plan on bringing a hat to shade your face, sunglasses, plenty of
suncreen and a swimsuit cover-up.
We also suggest that you bring your own beach towels.
We provide bath linens at Rocky Tide but request that these
not be used on the beach or in the pool area. |
