A Security Deposit is required to hold your Reservation.  The Security Deposit will be in the amount of $150.00 or 10% of your total stay, whichever is greater.  Cancellations require a 90 day notice for a refund on your deposit, less a $60.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of your entire deposit.  Refunds of the Security Deposit will be made approximately 30 days after your departure and is subject to adjustment for extraordinary cleaning, damage or loss.

The rental fee for your stay is due 60 days prior to your check-in date.  Should you need to cancel after this fee has been received we will make every effort to re-rent the unit.  Refunds will be given ONLY IF we are able to rent the cottage for the entire canceled period.  Any refund will be less an additional $100 cancellation fee.

SORRY NO PETS!

If it is discovered that a pet joined you on vacation your entire Security Deposit will be forfeited.

REFUNDS:  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER; INCLUDING HURRICANES, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR STATES OF EMERGENCY.
